water filter
great product. It needs to be replaced twice a year or more according to my heating system engineer. water draining through the filter eventually causes it to clog and breakdown due to the minerals present in the water. When that happens there is the potential for pooling water to be drawn into the plenum causing flooding. so keep a few as spares...This not a fault of the product but rather well water sediments that corrode the metal.
Aprilaire #10 water panal
This water panal is hard to find in stores. Cheaper ones are made from a fiberglass material,very bad for mold, and doesn't last. This water panal is coated and of hard materail,and longer lasting.Although the price is high, it's well worth it.
Good product, no box - don't be fooled.
Its a good product at a good price. Came in plastic wrap, so the box in the picture is false advertising.
