They are bags.
The bags are fine, afterall they are just vacuum cleaner bags. Not really much that can be wrong with them. My problem was with the merchant that shipped them (not Amazon but one of the partner business that sells products through Amazon). It took what seemed like forever to get the bags. It took 13 days to receive them and that's with paying for shipping. Other than that, everthing was fine.
Not the best service
I tried to put the e-mail exchange I had with the seller here, but Amazon denied it. I rated the seller as requested by Amazon, and their customer service manager sent me an e-mail chastising me for not giving them a stellar review on shipping. They use USPS Priority Mail, which isn't the most reliable. Bottom line, the product is just fine, but the seller has very poor customer service practices. If you can find this product elsewhere, do so.
Product As Expected; Retailer Better Than Expected
I had some concerns dealing with this retailer based on previous product reviews I had read. This was part of the reason I decided to leave feedback for the product. Despite the warnings I read (most from a few years ago), I ordered this product. It arrived extremely quickly (estimated one-week delivery, arrived in four days).
The product was delivered as expected. The retailer either had an anomaly with its normal business operations or has greatly cleaned up its act. I would definitely consider doing business with them again, until they prove me wrong.
